My name is Shannon.  I’m pretty much just your average woman trying to keep it all together.  I live in a wonderful neighborhood surrounded by farms; although civilization is only about 15 miles away!

My hubby and I have been married for just over 7 years.  We’re essentially high school sweethearts.  We were in the same grade when we started dating just different high schools.  He works with computers and that’s pretty much all I follow about his job.  He is a wonderful husband and an excellent father to our two beautiful children.

Our daughter is 6.  She just wrapped up her 1st grade year.  She likes to read, play with her friends, and entertain us with her made-up songs and dances.

Our son is 2.  He is Mr. Destructo!  When he’s not ripping our curtains off the walls or drawing on anything that’s not paper, he is actually quite the charmer!

I work part-time as an x-ray tech in an out-patient facility for one of our local hospitals.  I really do enjoy my job.  When I find a free moment, I enjoy reading a good book, watching movies with my hubby, enjoying a good glass of wine or a good cup of coffee with friends and family.
